Terms of Service

Fast ETA Portal furnishes assistance with the submission of the UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) and is not affiliated with the UK Government. The present instrument governs the Declarant's use of the website and services. By accessing or utilising the platform, the Declarant assents to the terms herein and is advised to read them carefully prior to commencing an application.

Fast ETA Portal is engaged solely in the procedural facilitation of the declaration instrument. No representation, warranty, or assurance is conferred in respect of issuance, admissibility, or favourable adjudication of any individual submission. In discharge of this engagement, Fast ETA Portal acts as a third-party facilitator by:

• Furnishing a secure online application platform.
• Reviewing submitted particulars prior to transmission, for the reduction of error.
• Providing support to the Declarant throughout the procedure.

The final determination upon any ETA application rests solely with the competent UK immigration authorities.

To engage the present service, the Declarant must:

• Be of at least 18 years of age, or submit with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Hold a valid, unexpired passport issued by a state participating in the ETA-eligible countries scheme.
• Furnish accurate, complete, and truthful particulars.

• The official UK ETA levy is fixed by the UK Government.
• An additional processing and support fee is imposed by Fast ETA Portal, in consideration of secure handling, expert review, and Declarant support.
• All sums are displayed clearly prior to remittance.
• Remittance is processed securely through approved payment providers.

• Applications are processed with reasonable promptness; however, the timeline for adjudication is determined solely by the UK authorities.
• Submission of an application through the present service does not constitute, nor guarantee, approval.
• Delay may occur by reason of governmental processing, erroneous particulars, or incomplete documentation.

• Cancellation may be requested, and a refund of the service fee sought, solely prior to transmission of the application to the UK authorities.
• Upon submission, both governmental and service fees become non-refundable.
• Eligibility for refund is assessed upon a case-by-case basis.

• Verbatim and accurate transcription of biographic and documentary particulars, provided only accurately and truthfully.
• Maintenance of the integrity of authentication credentials.
• Prompt notification of any material change in declared particulars, and due diligence in reviewing all application particulars prior to submission.
• Refraining from fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful submissions, and from any unauthorised or unlawful use of the website.

Save for liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law, Fast ETA Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or unavailability of the portal, the determination of the competent sovereign authority, or actions of third parties, including:

• Denied applications, travel disruption, or losses caused by governmental determinations.
• Delays arising outside the reasonable control of Fast ETA Portal (governmental systems, force majeure events, or technical failure).

The maximum aggregate liability of Fast ETA Portal is limited to the sum remitted for the service fee.

Personal particulars furnished by the Declarant are administered in accordance with the Privacy Policy governing this portal. By engaging the present service, the Declarant consents to the collection and use of such particulars as therein described.

The platform may contain links to external websites, third-party software, or integrations. To discharge the present service efficiently, Fast ETA Portal may engage reliable third-party service providers (including secure payment processors and support software) who administer Declarant particulars strictly in accordance with binding data protection agreements. No control is exercised over, and no responsibility is accepted for, the content, security, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party website or service; engagement with such instruments is undertaken entirely at the Declarant's own risk.

• All content, design, and branding upon this website constitute the property of Fast ETA Portal.
• The Declarant may not copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit such materials absent prior written consent.

The present terms may be amended at any time. Amendments shall be published upon this page bearing a new effective date. Continued use of the service following amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of US courts.

The present terms, together with the Privacy Policy governing this portal, constitute the entire agreement between the Declarant and Fast ETA Portal in respect of the use of the website and the services offered thereby.

The provisions below apply in addition to the standard terms for Declarants situated in designated jurisdictions. Where a conflict arises between these region-specific provisions and the standard terms, the regional provisions shall take precedence for consumers within that jurisdiction.

European Union (EU) Customers.

• Data Privacy Regulations: In addition to UK data protection legislation, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR – Regulation 2016/679) applies to the handling of the Declarant's personal data. The Privacy Policy outlines compliance under EU GDPR, detailing processing grounds, Declarant rights, and contact avenues for the relevant regulatory authorities. Cross-border transfers of European data to external processing locations rely upon European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Consumer Cancellation Rights: Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), European consumers generally possess a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the purchase date. Where the Declarant requests immediate commencement of processing of the ETA application, the Declarant acknowledges that the right of cancellation expires once performance of the service has actively begun.
• Withdrawal Request: To exercise cancellation prior to commencement of processing, a statement may be submitted via the contact form, stating: "I/We hereby revoke my/our agreement for the provision of the following service [describe service], ordered on [date], Name of consumer(s), Address of consumer(s), Date."
• Resolution of Disputes: European consumers may submit dispute claims to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or elect to file a claim before the courts of their home country.

United States (US) Customers.

• Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE US LAWS, THE PRESENT SERVICE IS OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; ACCORDINGLY, CERTAIN STATEMENTS MAY NOT APPLY TO THE DECLARANT.
• Liability Limitations: TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY STATE LAW, THE MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY OF FAST ETA PORTAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUM ACTUALLY REMITTED BY THE DECLARANT FOR THE SERVICE FEE.
• California Resident Notice: Residents of California possess specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, delete, and correct their personal particulars. Personal information is not sold. For state-specific consumer protection questions, California users may address the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
• Dispute Handling & Arbitration Procedure:
  • Informal Resolution: Prior to the institution of formal proceedings, the Declarant agrees to submit a notice of dispute to the support team and to allow 60 days for informal resolution.
  • Binding Individual Arbitration: If unresolved after 60 days, disputes shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, save where small claims court applies.
  • Arbitration Opt-Out: The Declarant reserves the right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the platform, by submitting written notice via the contact form.
  • Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all disputes shall be resolved upon an individual basis, and the Declarant waives the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Rest of World.

For Declarants situated outside the regions expressly enumerated above, the present terms remain governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving any non-excludable, mandatory consumer protection rights conferred by the Declarant's local country of residence. Cross-border data transfers rely upon safe, compliant mechanisms as outlined in the Privacy Policy governing this portal.

Fast ETA Portal reserves the right to suspend or terminate the discharge of services in the event of breach of the present terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by statutory authority.
