Administrative Levy

Fee Structure

The administrative levy comprises the statutory fee remitted to the competent issuing authority and the administrative processing remuneration discharged to Fast ETA Portal. Exact monetary amounts are disclosed during Phase IV of the declaration instrument and are not enumerated within the present article.

Composition of the Levy

  • Statutory Fee. The mandatory amount remitted to the competent sovereign authority in respect of the issuance of the Authorisation Credential.
  • Administrative Processing Remuneration. The amount discharged to Fast ETA Portal in consideration of the procedural transcription, integrity validation, onward transmission, and disposition notification in respect of the declaration.
  • Applicable Taxation. Any indirect taxation, value-added taxation, or duties levied in accordance with prevailing fiscal regulations.

The exact composition and aggregate amount of the administrative levy is disclosed to the Declarant during Phase IV of the declaration instrument prior to the discharge of payment.

Approved Payment Instruments

Credit Instruments

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other internationally recognised credit instruments.

Debit Instruments

Debit instruments issued by approved financial institutions and bearing supported network designations.

Approved Electronic Wallets

Electronic wallet networks approved by the portal and supporting cross-border discharge.

Bank-Issued Prepaid Instruments

Prepaid instruments issued by approved banking institutions, subject to balance sufficiency.

Discharge of the levy by means not enumerated above shall not be procedurally admissible.

Currency Designation

The levy is denominated in pounds sterling (GBP). Where discharge is effected by means of an instrument denominated in an alternative currency, the conversion is conducted at the prevailing rate as determined by the financial institution of the Declarant. Fast ETA Portal shall not be liable for variances arising from currency conversion or for ancillary charges imposed by the issuing institution.

Refund Adjudication

Refunds of the administrative processing remuneration are adjudicated in accordance with the Refund Policy. The statutory fee remitted to the competent sovereign authority is non-refundable irrespective of the disposition of the submission, including where the submission is the subject of administrative refusal.

Supplementary Levies

A supplementary levy may be discharged in respect of the following ancillary procedural events. Such levies, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of the giving rise event.

  • Re-adjudication necessitated by the amendment of permitted fields.
  • Discharge of supplementary documentary instruments at the request of the competent authority.
  • Resubmission consequent to withdrawal of an earlier submission.

Discharge of the administrative levy does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or representation of issuance. Determinations of admissibility remain the exclusive prerogative of the competent sovereign authority. The Declarant assumes the financial consequence of any administrative refusal in accordance with the present Fee Structure and the Refund Policy.
