Documentary Prerequisites

  • A valid travel document (passport) issued by a designated authority.
  • Validity of the travel document for the entirety of the intended period of admission.
  • A machine-readable zone (MRZ) free from defacement, obstruction, or material alteration.
  • A functioning electronic correspondence address for the receipt of administrative notifications.
  • An approved payment instrument for the discharge of the administrative levy.

The Applicant is required to hold citizenship of a designated nationality for which the Electronic Travel Authorisation constitutes the prescribed entry instrument. Determinations of designation are subject to amendment by the competent authority and shall be ascertained prior to discharge of the administrative levy.

Inadmissibility Indicators

The presence of any of the following indicators may give rise to administrative refusal, irrespective of the procedural completeness of the submission:

  • Criminal convictions resulting in custodial sentence.
  • Outstanding immigration penalties or fiscal indebtedness to a sovereign authority.
